Atlantic Corridors has started its activities promoting the realization of a first cycle of annual conferences, the Stresa Lecture Series, which has now reached its second edition.
The cycle, devoted to juridical topics, is realized in collaboration with the Dipartimento Impresa e Territorio dell’Università del Piemonte Orientale, Facoltà di Economia, Novara. To the realization of the third edition will also participate the Università di Roma Tre.
The first two speakers have been Katherina Pistor of Columbia University, and Yan Ayres of Yale University.
To this first cycle a second was recently added, the James Talks, a series of colloquia on the state of the studies on the James family (the philosophers William, Henry Sr, the novelist Henry James Jr, and the diarist Alice) realized in collaboration with the American section of the Dipartimento di Americanistica, Iberistica e Slavistica of the Facoltà di Lingue, Università degli Studi di Ca’ Foscari, Venice.
